Our Story
From One Builder to an Award-Winning Design Team
Fusion Cabinets launched in January 2013 with a simple vision: provide top-tier cabinet design and installation services with total accountability. We started working with a single builder, focusing on quality over quantity, listening more than talking, and actually doing what we said we’d do.
Twelve years later, we’ve grown into a powerhouse team of designers and installers known throughout Pinellas County for creating kitchens that make homeowners cry, with joy, of course.

We handle everything: cabinet design and installation, countertops, backsplash, plumbing, electrical, and final details. One team. One timeline. One point of accountability. If something goes wrong (which is rare), you call us and we fix it. No finger-pointing.

We provide complimentary initial 3D designs in a timely fashion so you can visualize your new kitchen before we build anything. Walk through your future space digitally, suggest changes, see different door styles and finishes, and make decisions with confidence.
American-Made Euro-Style Frameless Cabinets
We specialize in modern euro-style frameless cabinets with seamless design (no gaps between doors like traditional framed cabinets). Every cabinet is American-made with quality construction: solid plywood boxes, soft-close hinges, full-extension drawer glides, and finishes that hold up to Florida's humidity.

Michelle Manzini
Senior Designer
Michelle Manzini is a Licensed Finished Carpenter with over 25 years of cabinet design experience. Michelle started her career as a closet designer where she discovered she had the unique ability to draw to scale remarkably fast. This gift propelled her to the top of her field. She naturally progressed from there to designing kitchens and baths to entire homes.
In January of 2012, she founded Fusion Cabinets with one builder and since then has built the ultimate dream team of experts focused on great design, integrity, quality installation, and “future-proof” designs to last a lifetime.
Fred Alvaro
Senior Designer
Fred Alvaro was born into the home construction business, coming from a long line of builders—his grandfather a mason and his father a home builder. After college, Fred began building homes on his own, expanding his expertise to custom furniture and commercial moveable wall systems. In 2000, he opened his own cabinet dealership alongside his home building company and has been designing kitchens and baths ever since.
At Fusion Cabinets, Fred brings his years of experience, creativity, and knowledge to offer a variety of cabinet brands catering to nearly every design style and price point. With over 45 years of combined experience, Fusion Cabinets aims to deliver quality, value, and an enjoyable customer service experience with every design and installation. They provide speed and efficiency paired with quality and customer service, designing from your plans or meeting with clients in their centrally located design studio. They offer a complimentary initial consultation, including a 3D 20/20 rendering of your project. Fusion Cabinets looks forward to collaborating and showcasing their capabilities.

We bring cabinet samples and finish options to your home for consultations. Seeing materials in your actual lighting makes all the difference when choosing finishes.
Our Design Philosophy
Listen First, Design Second
Every great kitchen starts with listening. We ask about your morning coffee routine, your Thanksgiving cooking process, where backpacks and mail pile up, and what frustrates you most about your current space. Then we design solutions for those specific problems.
Educate, Don't Just Sell
Cabinet materials, door styles, finishes, hardware, the choices are overwhelming. We educate you about the differences between options so you can make informed decisions. We'll tell you when the expensive upgrade is worth it and when the standard option works just fine.
Push for the "Wow Factor"
Safe, boring kitchens are easy to design. We push clients toward bolder choices that create spaces they're genuinely proud to show off.
